Report: Konosuke Takeshita To Wrestle On AEW: Dark
The DDT Pro star appeared at The House Always Wins last Friday
During this past WrestleMania weekend in Florida, AEW held their first ever house show - The House Always Wins. The most notable bit of news coming out of that event was that former four-time DDT Pro KO-D Openweight champion Konosuke Takeshita made his debut for AEW, teaming with Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks, and Michael Nakazawa against Death triangle and The Sydal Brothers.
Now it seems like Takeshita could be sticking around AEW for the time being at the very least, with Wrestling Observer Radio reporting that Take is set to appear on the next edition of AEW: Dark on YouTube.
On WOR, Dave Meltzer said:
“He was there for the weekend. I don’t believe he was on the pre-taped Wednesday Dynamite show with Mike Tyson. I don’t believe he’s on that show, my impression is that he’s on Dark. He taped on Wednesday and Thursday, and since he was there they put him [in the house show ten-man tag match].”
