Report: Last Man Standing Match Set At WWE Fastlane 2021

A big feud on RAW will reportedly be settled

Drew McIntyre and Sheamus will reportedly settle their differences in a Last Man Standing match at WWE Fastlane 2021.

McIntyre and Sheamus have been feuding since the start of February when Sheamus turned on his long-time friend on Monday Night Raw, demanding an opportunity for the WWE Championship. Rather than getting a one-on-one match, the Celtic Warrior was a part of the Elimination Chamber match at the WWE event of the same name. While McIntyre was able to retain the title in that bout, he would lose it on the same night to The Miz, as he cashed in his Money In the Bank.

However, the two have continued to do battle and put on a pay-per-view worthy outing on Raw last week, which was won by McIntyre, before the two met in a No Disqualification match this past Monday. The bout was deemed a no-contest, however, after both men were knocked out after a collision with the steel steps.

It seems the pair are now set for one more fight with Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer reporting that the plan is for McIntyre and Sheamus to meet in a Last Man Standing match at WWE Fastlane 2021, which will take place on Sunday 21 March.

With McIntyre also reportedly set for a chance to regain the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 37, it remains to be seen if any further stipulations are added to this potential match; such as becoming the number one contender to Bobby Lashley's title.
