Report: Major Match Planned For WWE Survivor Series Main Event

Roman Reigns planned for WWE Survivor Series main event

Survivor Series will feature a major main event later this year.

WarGames will be utilised in the headline spot at Survivor Series for the third year in a row and PWN has reported the current plan within WWE will see the New Bloodline headed by Solo Sikoa take on a group led by Roman Reigns. The direction on WWE TV in recent weeks and fan speculation has long suggested that it would be Old Bloodline vs. New Bloodline at Survivor Series.

Roman Reigns made his return at SummerSlam, costing Solo Sikoa the Undisputed WWE Championship in his match with Cody Rhodes. Reigns, on his own, then initially had the upper hand over The Bloodline but he was taken out by a returning Jacob Fatu on Friday's episode of SmackDown, with the New Bloodline leaving Reigns lying.

Along with Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa, the New Bloodline also features Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa. Who Roman Reigns will recruit as allies in the build to Survivor Series is unknown but former Bloodline members who could be recruited as allies include The Usos and Sami Zayn.

Survivor Series will emanate from Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on Saturday, November 30.
