Report: Malakai Black "Doing Well" Following AEW Full Gear Injury

A positive update on Black

An update on Malakai Black's condition following Full Gear has emerged.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider has reported that Black is "doing well", although the nature of his issue is currently unknown.

Black was set to appear at the Big Event convention in New York City on Sunday, November 14 but it was announced that the former NXT Champion would not be in attendance because of an injury he suffered at the Full Gear pay-per-view.

Black teamed with Andrade El Idolo at the November 13 show against PAC and Cody Rhodes. The Harbinger Of Fury had been aligned with El Idolo for several weeks prior to the pay-per-view.

Black has spent the entirety of his AEW run feuding with Cody Rhodes and he currently holds a 2-1 record in head-to-head matches with The American Nightmare.

Eddie Kingston was also dealing with an aggravated shoulder at Full Gear but The Mad King has since confirmed that his shoulders are fine and he won't miss any episodes of AEW TV.
