Mina Shirakawa is seemingly finishing up with Stardom, and is reportedly set to move to the USA and sign with All Elite Wrestling.

News of Shirakawa’s impending Stardom exit was broken by Tokyo Sports, with a report from Fightful Select stating that Mina is set to sign with AEW, with Shirakawa herself having told Fightful she was planning on moving to America.

The move is said to have been ‘planned for some time’, with Mina having wrestled for AEW on multiple occasions throughout 2024, featuring as part of the Toni Storm vs. Mariah May feud whilst having several singles matches of her own.

Mina’s last appearance on an AEW broadcast came at Winter is Coming on December 11, 2024, with Mina losing to former tag partner Mariah May in an AEW Women’s World Championship match. Mina also wrestled AEW star Mercedes Moné at the NJPW Wrestle Dynasty crossover show on January 5, Mina dropping the RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Championship to Moné in the Tokyo Dome.

Shirakawa is believed to be giving a statement at a press conference scheduled for later this week.
