Report: MLW Releases Real1 (Enzo Amore)

Enzo Amore Has Reportedly Been Released From MLW

The former Enzo Amore (during his time in WWE) is reportedly no longer working with Major League Wrestling. Making his debut back in 2021, he has competed sporadically since then, wrestling one or two matches a month for MLW on a per appearance deal. More recently he has been competing under the ring name of Real1, with his last match on MLW programming coming against Microman in a losing effort.

Per a report on Fightful Select, “Real1” will no longer be competing in the promotion;

“Enzo will no longer be used in MLW, as the company decided to sever ties with him. Sources familiar with the situation claimed that Enzo had declined much of the upcoming creative and wasn't interested in working with some top talent in the company. Those we spoke to said there were also issues with him putting over other talent at upcoming shows.”

It is unclear what his next steps will be in professional wrestling, with him not working with another notable promotion on a regular basis, outside of the odd indie event here and there.
