While the likes of Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Alicia Fox, Torrie Wilson, Tatanka and Sgt. Slaughter all appeared on WWE Raw Legends Night, Carlito was nowhere to be seen despite being advertised for the show
Recent reports noted WWE did contact Colon but he was never officially booked on Monday's Raw. He was only featured in the commercial for the show because an individual backstage in WWE jumped the gun in announcing his appearance.
More details about WWE's contact with Carlito have now emerged courtesy of Mike Johnson of PWInsider. The company reportedly asked The Caribbean Bad Apple if he wanted to make a cameo on the show, but he wasn't interested in travelling across the country for two minutes of TV time. Carlito told WWE he was open to working with them in the future if they wanted him to wrestle, though.
Johnson said: "I was told Carlito found out he was just getting a cameo, and said, 'Hey, but thanks, when you want me to come wrestle or do something, I'm happy to do it. I don’t want to travel across the country just to do a two-minute cameo.'"
