Report: New Tiffany Stratton 'Daddy's Girl' Gimmick Possibly Scrapped By WWE

Daddy's girl no more?

Jessica Woynilko recently made her WWE debut as 'Daddy's Little Rich Girl' Tiffany Stratton on the November 19 episode of 205 Live, but the company may already be dropping the gimmick.

Following her TV debut, a vignette aired on NXT 2.0 which focused on certain parts of Stratton's body while she voiced how her father had helped her improve at tennis.

Bryan Alvarez was critical of the vignette as the character had been created by older men, and now the gimmick may have been dropped, according to the Wrestling Observer Live host.

"I don't know if it's because of me okay, I'm not gonna take credit for this. But I couldn't help but hear within the last few hours that they may now be backing away from this daddy's girl character so we'll see. I'm not sure how many vignettes they've already shot but if she's no longer talking about 'daddy' then you'll know why. You heard it here first," Alvarez said.

Stratton's debut follows a concerted effort by WWE to appeal to a younger audience as NXT 2.0 still has one of the oldest-skewing audiences in professional wrestling.
