We saw Paul Wight's Captain Insano character briefly on-screen last year in AEW due to the company filing the trademark on the iconic Waterboy character portrayed by “The Big Show” Paul Wight, and we may very well be seeing him again soon per a recent report from Fightful Select. On top of that, there was also apparently talks about Captain Insano wrestling inside Wembley Stadium.

The report noted that there is wrestling gear being made for the Captain Insano character ahead of a potential in-ring comeback for the former multi-time world champion Paul Wight. With this talk, it was further revealed on Fightful Select that there was reportedly a big six-man tag team match discussed for All In that would have seen Insano team with the Hardy Boys to take on the trio of Jeff Jarrett, Jay Lethal, and Satnam Singh. However, with Jeff Hardy’s travel issues, this was taken off the table. Satnam Singh may have also had complications too, it was noted.

Either way, though, this could be a sign that Wight could be gearing up to get back in the ring, this time wrestling under the Insano gimmick.
