A popular backstage figure involved with the Shayna Baszler vs. Ronda Rousey programme
WWE received plenty of praise for the video packages that aired during Monday Night Raw to hype up SummerSlam, with particular commendation being marked for the vignettes that showcase the relationship between Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler ahead of their match on August 5.
The two women focused on their history as training partners and friends, with both Rousey and Baszler tearing up while detailing how they would hurt each other in their MMA Rules Match at SummerSlam.
According to PWTorch, the video packages were produced on Tuesday. July 25 at the WWE Performance Center. Producing the video package was a popular backstage figure in Jeremy Borash with help from Paul Heyman, who has been involved with Ronda Rousey's creative for some time.
Borash has been a part of WWE since 2018, primarily working on NXT but he is known to be close to WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H. His current title in WWE is Senior Director of Content and Development. Borash previously drew critical acclaim for his time in WCW and IMPACT Wrestling.
