Report: Popular Pro Wrestling Podcast Currently On Hiatus
No more episodes of this popular podcast for the time being
A popular podcast covering professional wrestling is currently on hiatus.
No episodes of The Sessions with Renee Paquette have been uploaded since an interview with IMPACT Wrestling's Kenny King on April 20. According to Fightful Select, this is because the podcast is on hiatus for the time being. It is believed that Paquette's deal with her podcast partner expired before the two parties agreed to terms on a renewal.
Initially branded as 'Oral Sessions', Paquette has produced her own podcast since November 2020, shortly after her exit from WWE. She has interviewed several pro wrestling personalities, including the likes of Kenny Omega, Big E, Sami Zayn, Hangman Page, and her own husband Jon Moxley. She also conducts interviews with individuals outside of pro wrestling.
Beyond her podcast, Paquette is a backstage interviewer in All Elite Wrestling, having signed with the promotion in October 2022. She also operates her own YouTube channel, among other projects.
While The Sessions is currently on hiatus, Paquette's AEW colleague Dax Harwood recently shut down his podcast after he determined it was doing more damage than good to pro wrestling.
