Report: Reason For LWO's Recent WWE Booking Revealed
The reason for the LWO’s recent WWE booking has reportedly been revealed

In the run-up to WWE WrestleMania 39, Rey Mysterio revived the Latino World Order, forming a new LWO with Legado del Fantasma on SmackDown.
Before and since WrestleMania, though, the faction has been on the receiving end of a whole stack of punishment from the Judgment Day, but a report from PWInsider Elite suggests that this is merely done to build up Judgment Day ahead of WWE Backlash in May, with Rey Mysterio, the LWO, and Backlash show host Bad Bunny having feuded with the villainous faction in the weeks since the Show of Shows.
So far, no matches concerning either the LWO or Judgment Day have been confirmed for Backlash in Puerto Rico, with speculation suggesting that Rhea Ripley could be putting the SmackDown Women’s Championship on the line against LWO’s Zelina Vega, with a continuation of the Rey vs. Dominik Mysterio feud likely to also play out on the show.
This version of the LWO is only the second iteration of the cult favourite group, with the original Eddie Guerrero-led faction only lasting for a few months in WCW in late 1998.
