Report: Reason Jamie Hayter Was Absent From AEW Dynamite Revealed

Why Jamie Hayter was missing from AEW Dynamite

One of All Elite Wrestling's top stars was absent from the March 22 edition of AEW Dynamite in Independence, Missouri.

The Outcasts continued their feud with the rest of the women's division on Dynamite as Toni Storm picked up a win over Skye Blue before Storm, Saraya, and Ruby Soho looked to beat her down further after the match. Unlike last week, it was Willow Nightingale and Riho who stopped The Outcasts in their tracks instead of Jamie Hayter and Britt Baker.

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Jamie Hayter was absent from Dynamite because she has returned to the United Kingdom to renew her work visa for the United States. When exactly she will be back on TV is unknown but Meltzer noted it will be "pretty soon."

"She wasn't on the show this week. She'll be back pretty soon but what happened is she had to return to England for visa reasons to get her visa renewed," Meltzer said.

Hayter has cemented herself as one of AEW's most popular talents over the past several months and she has been AEW Women's World Champion since defeating Toni Storm at Full Gear in November 2022.
