Report: Robert Roode Returning To WWE TV Soon
Glorious news...
Sep 21, 2020
Back at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, Robert Roode teamed with Dolph Ziggler inside the demonic structure against five other teams for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship. The Glorious One ultimately lost the match and he hasn't been seen since because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Roode's hiatus from the company looks set to end soon as WrestleVotes reported the former NXT Champion is expected to return to Monday Night Raw in the next couple of weeks, possibly as early as tonight. He was traded to the red brand along with his tag team partner in exchange for AJ Styles back in June.
WrestleVotes tweeted: "Robert Roode, who's been away for months, is expected to return to RAW within the next week or two, possibly even tonight."
If Roode will make his return to WWE TV tonight remains to be seen, but fans can expect to see Drew McIntyre vs. Keith Lee, Braun Strowman vs. Dabba-Kato on Raw Underground and a Triple Threat Tag Team Match between Seth Rollins & Murphy, Angel Garza & Andrade and Dominik Mysterio & Humberto Carrillo to crown the number one contenders for the Raw Tag Team Championship.
