Report: Ronda Rousey's WWE WrestleMania 39 Plans Revealed

What will Ronda Rousey be doing at WWE WrestleMania 39?

WWE have settled on WrestleMania 39 plans for Ronda Rousey.

Two matches have already been announced for the Showcase of the Immortals. Roman Reigns will defend the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Cody Rhodes, while Rhea Ripley is set to challenge Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women's Title. 

Ronda Rousey's match has yet to be officially announced but Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the UFC Hall of Famer will be teaming with Shayna Baszler to challenge IYO SKY and Dakota Kai for the Women's Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania 39. 

Rousey and Baszler have been aligned on WWE TV since the summer of 2022 through their association as two of the Four Horsewomen of MMA. Rousey is currently off TV and has been since she dropped the SmackDown Women's Title to Charlotte Flair on the December 30, 2022 edition of Friday Night SmackDown. When Rousey will return to WWE TV has yet to be revealed.
