Report: SPOILER On LWO's Mystery Tag Team Partner For WWE Fastlane
LWO's mystery partner has been revealed
On last night’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, the trio of Bobby Lashley, Angelo Dawkins, and Montez Ford took out LWO members Joaquin Wilde and Cruz del Toro, making the field uneven ahead of a six-man tag team match at Fastlane later tonight. Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar are now without a third partner, and a “mystery” ally has been teased for the event.
A report from PWInsider Elite has been told by WWE sources that this angle was done to finally bring about the return of Carlito, who has been signed to the company for several months now without appearing on programming.
At the Backlash premium live event earlier this year, Carlito made a surprise return in the Bad Bunny vs. Damian Priest Street Fight to a massive ovation in front of a home Puerto Rican crowd, sporting LWO gear as a periphery member. It looks as though he now may become a full-fledged member by aligning with Mysterio and Escobar at Fastlane to take on Lashley and The Street Profits.
