Report: Spoiler On WWE's WrestleMania 38 Plans For Ronda Rousey

More on Ronda Rousey's return

With Ronda Rousey's WWE return imminent, the company's plans for The Baddest Woman On The Planet have seemingly been revealed.

According to Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer, Rousey is currently scheduled to be in a key WrestleMania 38 match against Charlotte Flair.

The angle to build to that match is likely to begin tonight at the Royal Rumble, Meltzer noted. Flair has already been booked to be in the Women's Rumble Match.

With Rousey set to feud with the SmackDown Women's Champion, the former UFC fighter will be a regular on the Friday night show, something that is said to be WWE throwing "a major bone to FOX" as the TV network wanted Rousey and Brock Lesnar to be regulars on the Friday night show.

Rousey vs. Becky Lynch was initially heavily considered for WrestleMania 38 but WWE have decided to go with Charlotte Flair vs. Rousey instead for The Showcase Of The Immortals.

Furthermore, Rousey's second stint in WWE will extend beyond WrestleMania and it will reportedly be a "substantial run" longer than one year that will include big matches at WrestleMania 38 and WrestleMania 39 from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.
