Report: Talents Set To Be Written Out Of WWE NXT

Could some NXT talents be main roster-bound?

Changes are reportedly on the way to WWE NXT.

According to Fight Fans, WWE are currently "writing a lot of talent off NXT TV" ahead of a WWE Draft in April 2023 after WrestleMania 39. The Showcase of the Immortals is set to take place on April 1 and April 2 from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.

It is unknown who is set to leave WWE NXT but the likes of Carmelo Hayes and Grayson Waller have been speculated on as being likely main-roster bound after WrestleMania 39. Hayes is set to challenge Bron Breakker for the NXT Championship at Stand & Deliver on April 1, while Waller will take on Johnny Gargano.

WWE have not held a draft since October of 2021, which was the 16th in company history. The organisation considered holding a draft in 2022 but that plan was scrapped shortly after talks began. Discussions have since taken place about running a WWE Draft after WrestleMania 39, with TV after the Show of Shows often proving to be a reset point for the company.
