Report: Tasha Steelz Taking Time Off From IMPACT Wrestling

No Tasha Steelz on IMPACT TV for the time being

IMPACT Wrestling will be without one of their top female talents for a little while.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Tasha Steelz has requested time off from the promotion, which is the reason she walked away from Savannah Evans on a recent edition of IMPACT Wrestling. Steelz was not involved at the New Year's Revolution set of tapings which will keep her off TV until at least No Surrender on February 24. When Steelz is planning to return is unknown.

Steelz's time off comes after she signed a new multi-year deal with IMPACT in late 2022. Her original deal was set to expire in April 2023 but IMPACT offered her new terms as they didn't want Steelz to enter free agency.

Steelz has been under contract with IMPACT Wrestling since May 2020. She is a former Knockouts World Champion and Knockouts World Tag Team Champion. Her most recent match on TV saw Steelz, Evans, and Bully Ray lose to Frankie Kazarian, Jordynne Grace, and Mickie James.
