A former TNA Knockouts World Champion has re-signed with the promotion.
TNA announced on Tuesday that Tasha Steelz has signed a new contract with the organisation. Steelz revealed to Denise Salcedo why she re-signed with the company.
"I had to think about it. It took me, I would say, a good 48 hours to think about it. One thing about me is I'm a loyal girl and I like to stay loyal and I know that this Knockouts division from day one has helped me, and a lot of women in the division has helped me, and there’s no way I can turn my back on these ladies. So, I have to stick around," Steelz said.
Tasha Steelz has been a part of TNA since May 2020. She is a two-time Knockouts World Tag Team Champion with Kiera Hogan, while Steelz also had a 106-day reign as Knockouts World Champion in 2022.
Tasha Steelz is currently featured on TNA TV as part of the Order 4 faction with Mustafa Ali, Jason Hotch, John Skyler, and Special Agent 0.
Steelz re-signing with TNA comes amid an exodus from the promotion which has seen Steve Maclin, Dani Luna, Myla Grace, and Tessa Blanchard all ask for and be granted their releases.
More exits may also be on the horizon as reports have noted TNA World Champion Mike Santana is believed to be joining WWE upon the expiry of his TNA deal in July, and former X-Division Champion Leon Slater is expected to sign with WWE or AEW when his own TNA contract expires in the autumn of 2026.
