Report: Taya Valkyrie Reports To WWE NXT Performance Center

Valkyrie reportedly signed for the promotion earlier this month

Former IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Champion Taya Valkyrie has reportedly arrived at the WWE Performance Center.

The longest reigning Knockouts Champion in IMPACT Wrestling history, Valkyrie left the promotion in January and, according to PWInsider, arrived at the Performance Center on Tuesday 23 February after signing for WWE.

Valkyrie spent three years with IMPACT Wrestling, joining the company in 2017. During her time with the promotion, the superstar enjoyed a 377-day reign as Knockouts Champion, and was the second woman in the company to challenge for the IMPACT World Heavyweight Championship, facing Tessa Blanchard for the belt.

Trained by Lance Storm at the Storm Wrestling Academy, Valkyrie initially made a mark in Mexico with AAA. After a run with Lucha Underground, she then made her way to IMPACT.

One of WWE's newest recruits, having initially been signed to a developmental deal by the company a decade ago, Valkyrie is married to Raw star John Morrison, with the two working well together on-screen in both IMPACT Wrestling and Lucha Underground.
