Report: Top WWE Star Injured At House Show

A top WWE star appears to have suffered an injury at a recent live event

A top WWE star has suffered an injury at a live event according to reports.

At a WWE Sunday Stunner live event in Wisconsin on November 13, it appeared as though Kevin Owens suffered an injury, with the former WWE Universal Champion reportedly hurting his knee in victory over Austin Theory.

A fan in attendance Tweeted how Owens looked to have landed badly off the turnbuckle but was able to finish the match and plant Theory with a stunner. However, ‘The Prizefighter’ was helped backstage by refs after the bout.

As of writing there has been no indication as to the severity of Owens’ injury, or if he was just selling for the live crowd.

Although nothing has been officially announced for Survivor Series, it looks as though The Bloodline will face Drew McIntyre, The Brawling Brutes and one other wrestler in WarGames, with rumours suggesting that Kevin Owens could be the fifth man for McIntyre’s WarGames team on November 27. With less than two weeks until Survivor Series WarGames it remains to be seen if Owens will wrestle at the show or not
