Report: Update On Jeff Hardy's Legal Proceedings

Latest on Jeff Hardy's court case

Following several delays, Jeff Hardy's pre-trial hearing finally took place on January 18 in Florida. Hardy was represented at the hearing by his attorney, although he was not present in court.

Next for Hardy is a case management conference at 1:30 pm ET on February 23, according to PWInsider. There are also several depositions next week with police officers involved in the case.

Hardy's legal proceedings are in relation to his arrest on DUI, driving with a revoked or suspended license, and violating restrictions placed on his license charges on June 13, 2022. The AEW star has pleaded not guilty to all charges. Hardy is currently suspended without pay by All Elite Wrestling due to his arrest and he is only allowed to return to the promotion upon the condition that he maintains his sobriety.

Matt Hardy - Jeff's brother - recently noted that The Charismatic Enigma may not return to professional wrestling and Matt is just hoping his brother can turn the situation into a positive.
