Report: Update On Molly Holly's WWE Producer Try-Out

She'll be backstage more going forward

Molly Holly was backstage at this week's edition of Monday Night Raw and the former Women's Champion tried out for a producer role.

In what can only be perceived as a good sign, Holly will be at additional TV tapings going forward as she and WWE feel each other out, according to Mike Johnson of PWInsider. She was reportedly taken through her paces during Monday's broadcast.

If Holly will join WWE ultimately remains to be seen, but if she comes on board as a producer she would join the likes of Adam Pearce, Jason Jordan, Tyson Kidd and Jamie Noble behind the scenes.

Holly worked full time in WWE from 2000 until 2005 and she is a two-time Women's Champion and former Hardcore Champion. She has continued to make sporadic appearances on WWE TV over the years and Holly competed in the 2018 and 2020 Women's Royal Rumbles. She was inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame earlier this year as part of the 2021 class.
