Report: Update On Possibility Of Goldberg Appearing At AEW All In

Will Goldberg show up at AEW All In?

Fans hoping to see Goldberg at All Elite Wrestling's All In pay-per-view on August 27 may be left disappointed.

Speaking during an appearance on McGuire on Wrestling, Dave Meltzer revealed that he hasn't heard of any plans for Goldberg to be involved at what is looking set to be the biggest paid pro wrestling event of all time.

"That's something different. I think Goldberg being there would be cool. Goldberg-Wardlow is weird because it's kind of like - if I was going to use Goldberg, I would showcase him. Wardlow beating him sounds great, but I don't know if that's what people want to see Goldberg do. Goldberg squashing someone for two minutes, I mean, that'd be cool. But Wardlow's not that guy. Maybe Christian Cage would probably be a good name for that spot, but he's going to be involved with the Chicago show. So, you've got two weeks. It's not out of the realm of possibility of Bill Goldberg wrestling [at All In], but I haven't heard that that's happening, I'll just say that," Meltzer stated.

Goldberg has been a free agent since his WWE contract expired at the end of 2022 and AEW CEO Tony Khan has hinted at interest in the WWE Hall of Famer, saying that he is keeping an eye on Goldberg's status, while also detailing his friendship with Goldberg and his family.

AEW All In will emanate from London's Wembley Stadium next week. The show will be headlined by the AEW World Title match between MJF and Adam Cole.
