Report: Update On Post-Launch Plans For AEW Fight Forever

More on AEW Fight Forever

Further details about the upcoming AEW Fight Forever video game have been revealed.

Fightful spoke to Evil Uno, who has been involved with Fight Forever's development, recently and the Dark Order member revealed he is under the impression that Fight Forever will be a sole release that will evolve over time as opposed to AEW planning to release a new game every year. This is part of the reason the title is called "Fight Forever".

It was previously unknown if AEW planned to release a new Fight Forever game annually, similar to WWE 2K.

Evil Uno also confirmed the initial Fight Forever roster will have over 50 wrestlers, with talents being added to the game following release. One talent that won't be a part of the roster upon release is Danhausen, according to Fightful, as he signed with AEW too late in the development cycle.

AEW Fight Forever will be released on Xbox and Playstation consoles, as well as PC and Nintendo Switch. No release date for the game has been announced.
