Report: Update On ROH Taping Plans
ROH is set to air on Honor Club
After Final Battle 2022, Tony Khan gave an update on the future of Ring of Honor by announcing that ROH TV will air on Honor Club going forward.
Speculation has been rampant for months as to how ROH TV will look and when/where AEW/ROH will record any episodes, but a report from Fightful Select suggests that talent believe that ROH will be taped in Universal Studios in the future, although this is just an unconfirmed rumour at time of writing.
If this does come to fruition, then it suggests that ROH could be filmed during the AEW Dark taping sessions, with Dark having made use of Universal Studios in the past, with a return to the venue set for this weekend.
How ROH TV will look going forward is unknown, although it is safe to assume that the core team on hand for the three Tony Khan-helmed ROH PPVs in 2022 will be involved, with the likes of commentators Ian Riccaboni and Caprice Coleman, and ring announcer Bobby Cruise having also appeared on AEW TV to call Ring of Honor sanctioned matches.
