Report: Update On WWE Redesigning Title Belts

Latest on new belts coming to WWE

New WWE title belts are seemingly on the way and recent reports noted that the company have designed new tag team title belts for the men's and women's divisions.

The men's titles will feature a big WWE logo at their centre, while the women's belts will have a coloured backing. When the new titles will be introduced is currently unknown.

In an update, Fightful Select reported that at least three sets of new championship belts had been finished. Two of those belts are the tag titles but there is no word on what the third new design is. Other redesigns have also been discussed, and plans were in motion during Vince McMahon's regime to bring in new belts.

The move would likely be a popular one and WWE talent Fightful have spoken to noted they would be in favour of changing the belts.

WWE's most recent title redesign on the main roster came in 2020 when the United States Championship was changed. The previous design had been in use since the title was reintroduced in 2003.
