Report: Von Wagner Update Following WWE NXT Spot With Bron Breakker

There is an update on Von Wagner following Tuesday night's edition of WWE NXT. 

Wagner went one-on-one with Bron Breakker on NXT and he suffered a loss to the two-time NXT Champion following a Spear from Breakker. Wagner was then attacked by Bron Breakker following the match and NXT went off the air just as Breakker was about to smash the steel steps into Wagner's head while he was draped across another set of steel steps. 

Breakker ultimately hit Wagner for the live audience after NXT ended and Wagner was later stretchered to the back while bloody bandages covered his head.

A report from Bodyslam.net following the spot noted the steel steps made direct contact with the back of Von Wagner's head and neck which caused Wagner to be busted open. A source stated that aspects of the spot "went wrong" and there was "general panic" after Breakker hit Wagner by mistake. 

A conflicting report has emerged, though, with Haus of Wrestling reporting the spot between Bron Breakker and Von Wagner came together as planned and Wagner is "totally fine." 

It is unknown what the plans for the two talents are moving forward but there is speculation Wagner and Breakker will have one more match at No Mercy on September 30.
