Report: Willow Nightingale Finishes Up With MLW

A better opportunity may have presented itself

Willow Nightingale has finished up with Major League Wrestling, according to a report from Fightful Select

The Babe With The Power made her MLW debut earlier this year at the company's Battle Riot tapings in July, facing Ashley Vox. She would then wrestle two more times for the promotion, finishing up at the November 6 War Chamber show with a loss to Holidead.

Sources within MLW spoke high of Willow's run with the company. They also believe she has drawn interest from other promotions for a full-time contracted role and sources are confident she will do well with the opportunity.

Nightingale has performed on the independent wrestling scene since debuting in 2015 and 2021 has been a breakout year for The Babe With The Power.

Willow made her AEW debut on Dark back in April and she was used by the company four times until June. She also debuted in Ring Of Honor this year but ROH will go on hiatus for Q1 2022 following Final Battle in December.

Nightingale isn't the only wrestler to depart MLW this year and contracted talent in Bu Ku Dao, Beastman, Leo Brien and Jordan Oliver have all been released by the promotion in recent weeks.
