Report: WWE Considering Adding More Members To The LWO

WWE may be adding more names to the Latino World Order faction

Earlier this year, WWE brought back the Latino World Order faction, which was originally part of WCW programming. The members for the new era of the group included Rey Mysterio, Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde, Cruz Del Toro, and Zelima Vega. In recent months, at the Backlash PPV for instance, special members of the group also included Savio Vega, Carlito, and Bad Bunny, though they aren’t regular full-time parts of the faction.

Per a recent report, WWE is considering broadening the faction and adding new names to the mix. Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that the Los Lotharios have been discussed as new LWO members;

“Angel Garza has been teasing something Perros Del Mal related. We do know an idea batted around is for the Garza cousins to eventually be involved with the LWO, but that’s one of those things down the line that could easily change. The idea right now is for them to be a tag team in NXT and if they get some steam there, bring them back to the main roster but likely with a new name since part of these vignettes seems to be to drop the chasing women and get serious about wrestling, meaning the Los Lotharios name being dropped. Again, long-term a lot can happen.”

Garza & Carillo have recently been undergoing a storyline in NXT in which tension has come between them, but they are working through it.
