Report: WWE Creative Interested In Booking Rhea Ripley Vs. Dominik Mysterio

Rhea Ripley vs. Dominik Mysterio may happen at a future WWE show.

WrestleVotes reported in a Backstage Pass Q&A that a possible Rhea vs. Dominik match has been brought up in WWE and there is interest within WWE creative about holding the match before the current storyline fizzles out.

"I know it's been brought up. Unfortunately, I don't know how high it's made it but there is a real desire on some level of creative to do this match before the angle fizzles out, yes," WrestleVotes said.

Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio have been at odds since Dom turned on Ripley at SummerSlam. Ripley has attacked Mysterio on several occasions but they have not had a match on WWE TV, with intergender matches within the company being incredibly rare.

Mysterio admitted earlier this year that he was open to working a match against Ripley: "I don't think they'd book it but I'm here for it. Yeah (I'd do it), I mean, but let's just leave it at that".

Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan have had multiple matches, with Morgan remaining Women's World Champion.
