Report: WWE Have No Creative Plans For Raw Talent

WWE have nothing for a Raw talent

A call-up during the 2023 WWE Draft in May appears to have been a waste of time.

WWE moved several talents from NXT to the main roster during the WWE Draft, including the likes of Cameron Grimes, Grayson Waller, Indus Sher, and Pretty Deadly, who headed to Friday Night SmackDown. The likes of Indi Hartwell, Zoey Stark, Apollo Crews, and Odyssey Jones, meanwhile, were selected by Monday Night Raw.

While Hartwell, Crews, and Stark have all been featured on Monday Night Raw in various roles, Odyssey Jones has yet to appear on the red brand. The situation doesn't look set to improve for Jones either, with Fightful Select reporting "there have never been significant creative plans on Raw" for Jones. There is no word on why WWE have nothing for the former NXT talent.

Jones has been a part of WWE since February 2019 and he was on the receiving end of a push in 2021, reaching the NXT Breakout Tournament final before he lost to Carmelo Hayes. Jones has competed in three dark matches at SmackDown tapings as of late against Cameron Grimes and Cruz Del Toro.
