WWE have made a small change to their WrestleMania 41 plans for Charlotte Flair.

Reports have noted in 2025 that Flair is planned to challenge Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women's Championship at WrestleMania 41, a match which was set up following Flair's win in the Women's Royal Rumble on February 1.

According to Dr. Chris Featherstone on Backstage Pass, the feeling within WWE is Flair will be utilised more as a heel during the build to the match against Stratton at WrestleMania. Original plans called for Flair to work the feud as a babyface.

This was hinted at on the post-Royal Rumble edition of Monday Night Raw as Flair adopted more of a heel persona for her promo segment with Rhea Ripley as Charlotte contemplates who to select as her opponent at WrestleMania.

Flair had been out of action for over a year with a torn ACL, MCL and meniscus prior to her return at the Royal Rumble.

As of January, Tiffany Stratton was listed as a heel on WWE's internal roster despite Stratton being on the receiving end of loud cheers for several months.
