Report: WWE Performance Center Trainees Filed Formal Complaints About COVID-19 Protocols Not Being Followed

"Anti-maskers" are causing the problems...

Fightful Select recently reported that many Performance Center trainees were uncomfortable training at the WWE facility because of the number of "COVID truthers" on the NXT roster who haven't been taking the ongoing coronavirus pandemic seriously.

Raj Giri of Wrestling Inc. has now noted it is "internally believed" that several NXT trainees filed formal complaints about COVID-19 protocols not being followed. Giri did not note who the trainees complained to, but Full Sail University, the WWE Performance Center and the Amway Center are currently under investigation as potential COVID-19 hotspots by the Orange County Department of Health.

A couple of people also spoke up during a recent NXT taping about "anti-maskers" not following guidelines outside of tapings and training classes.

Furthermore, WWE reportedly wants staff and Superstars to be proactive in following guidelines and to think about what they post on social media, particularly images of themselves at large gatherings. Former Universal Champion Braun Strowman was recently criticised for attending Biketoberfest in Daytona Beach, Florida without a face mask.
