Serpentico Has Signed With AEW

"Snakeman" is here to stay...

Since March 2020, Jon Cruz and his alter ego Serpentico have regularly wrestled on AEW Dark and Dynamite. He has primarily been used as an enhancement talent, losing against the likes of Orange Cassidy, Brian Cage and Will Hobbs, but he has had more success since forming Chaos Project with Luther and they have a 4-1 record as a tag team.

Fans can expect to see "Snakeman" on AEW programming for the foreseeable future as he recently told Inside The Ropes that he signed with the young promotion a few months ago.

He said: "Snakeman is All Elite! I've been under a deal for a few months now. This is going to sound like I'm playing favourites because I work for the company now but I'm beyond grateful to work for a company that cares so much for the people that work for them. Before signing I was already made to feel at home.

"Everyone has been very welcoming and you can practically go to anyone for advice/pointers/critiques and they all have been so helpful. It never comes from a negative place. They really want the company to grow and I'm glad to be part of the team."
