Report: WWE Raw Match Cut Short At The Last Minute

A Raw match was cut short

Monday Night Raw emanated from Wichita, Kansas on June 12 and one of the matches on the show ended up being cut short at the last minute.

Better Wrestling Experience has reported that the singles match between Chad Gable and Erik was supposed to be longer than one minute and 40 seconds but the match ended up losing time. It is unknown why the match was shortened but it usually happens when a prior segment ends up running long.

Gable emerged victorious following the 100-second match as he defeated Erik after connecting with a Diving Headbutt and following up with a Sunset Flip Pin. The match continued the programme between Alpha Academy and The Viking Raiders that has been ongoing in recent weeks. Maxxine Dupri even hit her first move during the match, using Gable's training to hit Valhalla with an Arm Drag. The belief is that Maxinne Dupri and Valhalla will eventually have a singles match.

In other events from Raw, Damian Priest advanced to the men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Two matches for Money in the Bank were also made official. Seth Rollins will defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Finn Balor, while Cody Rhodes will take on Dominik Mysterio at the July 1 pay-per-view.
