Report: WWE Set To Change Raw Commentary Team

A change is on the way to WWE Raw

More changes are reportedly on the way to WWE TV.

According to WrestleVotes, it is expected WWE will make a change to commentary next week on the season premiere of Monday Night Raw. Other minor tweaks will be made on Raw and SmackDown too.

"I'm told to expect a commentary change on RAW with the season premiere this coming week. Other minor aspects of both shows are also set to get altered as well," WrestleVotes wrote.

The current Raw commentary team of Jimmy Smith, Corey Graves, and Byron Saxton has been in place since Smith replaced Adnan Virk on play-by-play. Graves has been on Raw since April 2021 when he replaced Samoa Joe. Saxton has been a part of Raw since January 2020.

WWE does like to reshuffle the commentary teams every now and then, with announcers often switching brands.

The WWE SmackDown commentary team was recently changed with Corey Graves replacing Pat McAfee. The former NFL punter stepped away from WWE to become a full-time member of ESPN's College GameDay.
