Report: WWE Very Happy With Roxanne Perez's SmackDown Appearance

WWE management were full of praise for Roxanne Perez following her appearance on SmackDown

WWE management were very happy with NXT star Roxanne Perez's appearance on this past Friday's episode of SmackDown, according to a recent report.

Per PWInsider, the company were very high on her work at the taping and there is already talk of her being used again on the brand going forward.

In her blue brand debut, Perez teamed with Raquel Rodriguez and Shotzi in a losing effort to Damage CTRL (Bayley, Dakota Kai & IYO SKY). Perez was pinned by Bayley to end the match.

Perez burst onto the WWE scene this Spring when she won the NXT Women's Breakout Tournament (beating Tiffany Stratton in the final).

The 20-year-old is already a former NXT Women's Tag Team Champion, having held the title with Cora Jade.

Roxanne Perez began her training at Booker T's Reality of Wrestling school when she was 16. She subsequently wrestled for Ring of Honor (as Rok-C), where she won the ROH Women's World Title.

She signed with WWE in March of this year.
