Ric Flair Praises Bryan Danielson & Hangman Page: "You Gentlemen Set A New Bar”

Ric Flair has lavished praise on 'Hangman' Adam Page and Bryan Danielson for their 60-minute time-limit draw on AEW Dynamite: Winter Is Coming, telling the two that they have 'set the new bar'.

Hangman and Danielson put on an instant classic at Winter Is Coming, wrestling to a one-hour draw in their AEW World Championship match. In competing for the full 60 minute time limit, Page and Danielson registered the longest match in Dynamite history.

The bout has already received significant praise on social media and two-time WWE Hall of Famer Flair has added his name to those highly commending the match. 

Flair notes that he himself competed for an hour on multiple occasions but never once put on a bout like the one Page and Danielson did. 

Writing on Twitter, Flair said: "I’ve Done So Many Hour Draws, Some Great, Some Average! Tonight, You Gentlemen Set A New Bar!! The Wrestling World Can Learn From @theAdamPage & @bryandanielson! CONGRATULATIONS! WOOOOO!"

The draw marks the second time Danielson has wrestled to a time-limit draw in AEW, having done the same in a 30-minute match with Kenny Omega in September.
