Earlier this week, WrestleVotes reported an unnamed WWE Superstar had decided not to re-sign with the company and would be leaving once their contract ends.
They tweeted: "I can't reveal the name as that's just not smart business, but I can very confidently say that a certain WWE talent has decided to not resign with the company once their current deal expires."
Some fans speculated the unnamed wrestler was Ricochet, but the man himself emphatically denied the rumours as he tweeted the "I'm not f*****g leaving" GIF from The Wolf Of Wall Street. He then added: "But seriously, where the hell did these rumors start? I’ve never said once that I am leaving. To anyone! So for these "dirt sheets" out there. Maybe facts check before you just blast some trash on your website for some clicks?"
The One And Only signed with WWE back in January 2018. While many enjoyed his run in NXT, fans have been somewhat underwhelmed with how Ricochet has been used on the main roster. He initially enjoyed some success on Raw and captured the United States Championship, but the former Lucha Underground star has tumbled down the card since he was defeated by Brock Lesnar at Super ShowDown. Past reports have also noted that Vince McMahon has given up on the former NXT North American Champion.
