Ricochet Signs With AEW, Debuts In Casino Gauntlet

Ricochet is All Elite

Ricochet is All Elite.

Ricochet made his unadvertised AEW debut during the Casino Gauntlet match at All In on Sunday night at London's Wembley Stadium. Entering the match from the number ten spot, Ricochet immediately clashed with Hangman Page, who had cleaned house of the rest of the entrants.

During the match, Tony Khan tweeted the standard new signing graphic, along with, "Welcome to AEW! @KingRicochet is All Elite!"

It was reported days before All In that Ricochet had signed a multi-year deal with All Elite Wrestling. Ricochet had given notice to WWE sometime in early June, and his profile on the company website was moved to the alumni section on June 30, upon the expiration of his contract.

Ricochet spent over six years with WWE, signing with the promotion in early 2018. He debuted on the main roster in early-2019. During his time with the promotion, Ricochet held the Intercontinental and United States championships, as well as the NXT North American title. Ricochet was also the inaugural WWE Speed champion.
