Road Dogg: AEW Gave Wardlow "The Jabroni Title"

Road Dogg isn't a fan of the TNT Title

WWE Hall of Famer Road Dogg has hit out at All Elite Wrestling's recent booking of Wardlow, criticising the promotion for booking Mr. Mayhem against Orange Cassidy at Fyter Fest Week One. The former NXT producer was also not kind about the TNT Championship, calling it the "jabroni title."

Road Dogg told Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws: "I wasn't a fan either man, it took him 18 minutes...You know they gave him the jabroni title, it doesn't mean nothing. When he was a guy that was really, it seemed like he was 'the guy'. You know what I mean? And maybe he is in the future. I just don't think you needed to give him that, other than, the best title for that...And I think taking him 18 minutes to beat the jokey guy...I get it the guy is over..."

While he may be critical of the promotion's booking, Road Dogg previously revealed he would be open to working behind the scenes in AEW. His New Age Outlaws tag team partner Billy Gunn also recently claimed there is mutual interest but Road Dogg has "other things going on" at the moment, including his podcast.
