Road Dogg Is A Big Fan Of Cameron Grimes, Calls Him A Special Wrestler
Cameron Grimes has a big supporter in Road Dogg
Ever since his WWE main roster debut earlier this year, Cameron Grimes has struggled to find a consistent spot on Friday Night SmackDown, with just six televised matches on the blue brand and his only premium live event showing being when he acted as fodder in the Slim Jim SummerSlam Battle Royal.
When speaking on his Oh You Didn’t Know podcast, someone who formerly worked creatively with Grimes in NXT, Road Dogg, spoke glowingly on him, “I don’t have really funny stories, but Cameron Grimes is one of the funniest things. Just to be able to work on that character and work closely with him. What a wrestler’s wrestler he is. He is the Brad Armstrong of the new generation. Brad probably could keep up with these guys, but Trevor really is that good in the ring. He’s a special talent.”
Road Dogg would also comment on Shotzi - someone who he also worked with in NXT - and gushed over her real life personality and how she is “always a blast” to be around.
