Rob Gronkowski WWE WrestleMania 37 Appearance Has Been Discussed

Will Gronk return at The Showcase Of The Immortals?

During a recent appearance on Pardon My Take, Triple H revealed that WWE has discussed bringing in Rob Gronkowski for an appearance at WrestleMania 37.

"It's a possibility. I know it's been discussed," The Game said. "I'm of the opinion that as the first opportunity with Gronk was happening and we were meeting with him around the Super Bowl, you kind of don't know what Gronk is going to do until Gronk does what he's going to do. You can have a lot of conversations but until he actually shows up, I don't know if it's going to happen. There have been conversations around that. As always, there's going to be a lot of celebrity influence."

Gronk was, of course, a WWE Superstar for 83 days in early 2020. He ended up hosting WrestleMania 36 and won the 24/7 Title at the event, but he announced shortly after that he planned to return to the NFL and later signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

If Gronk will grace fans at Raymond James Stadium with his presence on April 10 or April 11 ultimately remains to be seen, but WWE will have plenty of celebrity influence during WrestleMania week. William Shatner and Ozzy Osbourne will both be inducted into the Hall Of Fame tonight and Bad Bunny and Logan Paul are scheduled to be involved at The Showcase Of The Immortals.
