ROH Struggling To Move Final Battle 2023 Tickets

There might not be many fans in attendance for Ring of Honor's biggest event of the year.

Final Battle has traditionally been ROH's top event and the 2023 edition of the show will emanate from the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Texas on Friday, December 15. 

The event will coincide with multiple AEW events in the Dallas, Texas area, however, and this may have affected ticket sales as WrestleTix recently reported that only 996 tickets had been distributed for Final Battle. For comparison, over 2,000 fans were in attendance at Supercard of Honor 2022 in the same building, while 2,700 fans attended Final Battle 2022 at College Park Center in Arlington, Texas. 

Alongside ROH Final Battle, Tony Khan's other promotion All Elite Wrestling will run the College Park Center for a Dynamite and Rampage taping on December 13 and the Curtis Culwell Center again on Saturday, December 16 for a taping of AEW Collision. 

Matches announced for Final Battle 2023 include Athena vs. Billie Starkz for the ROH Women's World Championship, Keith Lee vs. Shane Taylor, and a Survival of the Fittest match for the vacant ROH World Television Championship.
