ROH World Title Match Set For Best In The World 2021

Rush will put the gold on the line

Ring of Honor have announced who will take on ROH World Champion Rush at the upcoming Best in the World PPV on July 11.

After winning the Survival of the Fittest tournament six-man final on ROH TV, Bandido will face off against Rush in the main event of Best in the World.

The event is set to be ROH’s first with fans in attendance since February 2020, and will be broadcast live from Baltimore, Maryland, USA.

Rush is currently in his second reign as ROH World Champion, having been in possession of the gold since February 2020, defeating PCO for the title at Gateway to Honor. 

Bandido and Rush have clashed before in a ROH ring, with Rush getting the win at the ROH 17th Anniversary Show in March 2019.

Here’s how Best in the World is shaping up:
• Rush (c) vs. Bandido - ROH World Championship
• Tony Deppen (c) vs. Dragon Lee - ROH Television Championship
• Brody King vs. Jay Lethal
• EC3 vs. Flip Gordon
• Josh Woods vs. Silas Young - Last Man Standing
