Roman Reigns' Current WWE WrestleMania 35 Plans Reportedly Revealed

The Big Dog returns to the ring on Sunday at Fastlane...

Roman Reigns will wrestle his first WWE match since his emotional return on Sunday, as he teams with Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins to face the team of Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre and Baron Corbin at Fastlane.

With 2019 men's Royal Rumble winner Seth Rollins already set to take on Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania, The Shield getting back together now has certainly taken this writer by surprise. Will Roman and Dean be in tag team action? Whatever The Big Dog and Lunatic Fringe do at 'Mania can't really involve Rollins surely?

Fear not, dear reader, as Roman's reported WrestleMania plans will fill your heart with... cement, as Dave Meltzer believes the current plans for Reigns is to face Baron Corbin in a singles match.

The plans were discussed on a recent episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, and went like this:

Meltzer: I think a singles match with Baron Corbin is the idea.

Bryan Alvarez: Roman vs. Baron Corbin???

Meltzer: I know that's booked on all the house shows at that point. When Roman comes back, he's going to be doing matches with Baron Corbin.

Whether Meltzer has just seen the live event scheduling and has put two and two together, or if he's got this news from within WWE remains to be seen at the time of writing.
