Roman Reigns Not Advertised For WWE Royal Rumble 2024

WWE have confirmed that the 2024 Royal Rumble will take place in Tampa’s Tropicana Field on January 27, but Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns is not currently advertised for the annual supershow.

The first poster for the Rumble features the likes of World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley, Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Finn Balor and Damian Priest, US Champion Rey Mysterio, NXT Women’s Champion Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair, WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY, Cody Rhodes, Asuka, LA Knight, and others, with Reigns being the most notable absentee.

Reigns works a reduced schedule in WWE since signing a fresh deal in 2022, and has only wrestled 10 times in 2023, with his last match coming at SummerSlam in August. Reigns is not currently scheduled for October’s Fastlane event but is expected to be at Survivor Series in November.

With over four months until the Rumble, there is every chance that Reigns could be booked for the show, but time will tell.
