Roman Reigns Vs. Xavier Woods Announced For November 12 WWE SmackDown

Woods defeated Jimmy Uso last week

WWE has announced that Universal Champion Roman Reigns will face Xavier Woods in one-one-one action on the November 12 episode of Friday Night SmackDown.

A commercial for the match between the Tribal Chief and the reigning King Of The Ring aired over the weekend during the NFL broadcasts on FOX.

The match will be held a week affter Woods and New Day teammate Kofi Kingston were beaten down by Reigns and SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos, after Woods had defeated Jimmy Uso in the main event of the Friday 5 SmackDown.

Per the stipulation of the match, Uso would be forced to bend the knee to King Woods if he lost, only for Reigns to atttack Woods as his cousin started to bend in front of the reigning King Of The Ring.

Having been forced to watch as The Usos viciously attacked Kingston, it appears Woods will now get his chance at redemption as he takes on Reigns on this coming Friday's SmackDown show.
